Protect Yourself During the Recruiting Process
- Verify the Email Address Official Delviom recruiting communications are sent from email addresses using the @delviom.com domain. Be cautious of messages from free email services or domains that imitate Delviom's name.
- We Never Charge Recruitment Fees Delviom does not charge application, recruitment, placement, interview, or employment fees. We will never ask candidates to transfer money, purchase gift cards, send cryptocurrency, or make payments as a condition of employment.
- Never Purchase Equipment at Our Request Delviom will not require candidates or new hires to purchase computers, software, or other work-related equipment using their own funds as a condition of employment.
- Protect Personal and Financial Information Do not provide bank account numbers, credit card information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information in response to unsolicited recruiting communications. Delviom does not request sensitive financial information during the interview process.
- Beware of Immigration or Visa Payment Requests Delviom will never ask applicants to make payments for visas, immigration processing, employment authorization, or other employment-related services as a condition of being considered for employment.
- Verify Unexpected Job Offers Legitimate Delviom employment opportunities involve an established recruiting and interview process. Be cautious of unsolicited employment offers made without a legitimate interview or recruiting process.
If You Suspect Fraud
If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to represent Delviom, do not send money or provide personal, financial, or other sensitive information.
To report suspected recruiting fraud involving Delviom's name, contact jobs@delviom.com and, when possible, provide the sender's email address, telephone number, job posting, or other relevant information.
Fraudulent employment activity may also be reported to the Federal Trade Commission through ReportFraud.ftc.gov or to your local law enforcement authorities.
